Service Department
We hate to blow our own horn, but we've probably got the best Mazda service department in Canada with the most highly qualified technicians anywhere. If there is a Mazda service award to be won - we've won it - but what really makes us feel good is the number of letters we receive from satisfied customers.
The secret is our people. We are very proud of our highly skilled technicians and our friendly and honest service advisors. Almost all our technicians are Cetified Master Mazda technicians – the highest certification Mazda offers.
We think its important for you to know that our service staff are not paid on a commission basis. They recommend only the work they honestly believe needs to be done to keep your vehicle safe and reliable.
We are also factory approved to self-authorize most warranty repairs. This means that virtually any warranty work can be done immediately without having to schedule follow-up appointments with manufacturer representatives. Self-authorized warranty is a privilege bestowed only on a select few Mazda dealers.
After Hours Drop-Off
If you find yourself in a jam and need to drop off your vehicle in the evening or early morning hours, we have drop off envelopes located by the service lobby entrance for your convenience.
Simply park your vehicle in the service entrance, fill out the provided form and put it with your keys in the key drop slot. We will be in touch with you and write it up in the morning.
